If you’re planning a Dubai trip and want to stay close to Downtown without burning a hole in your pocket, Rove Trade Centre Dubai might just be the perfect pick. I stayed here for three nights during my July 2025 trip, and honestly — it turned out to be one of the best-value stays I’ve ever booked in Dubai.

Why I Chose Rove Trade Centre

My main goal was to stay somewhere close to Downtown Dubai (Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, etc.) but without paying the crazy prices that most Downtown hotels charge. Rove Trade Centre is located in the Trade Centre area, which is barely a 10–15 minute drive from Downtown — yet the prices were almost half of what you’d pay for a similar-quality stay in Downtown.

For me, that was an easy decision.

The Price (and a Steal of a Deal!)

I paid only $108 for 3 nights through Klook (for two people, excluding breakfast) — which I still can’t believe! For that price, this hotel was an absolute steal.

Do note that Dubai has a city tax of 10 AED (~$3) per night, which you pay directly at the hotel during check-in. It’s standard across all hotels, so nothing unusual there.

The Room — Cozy, Modern, and Spotless

If I’m not wrong, Rove Trade Centre offers just one room type — the Rover Room. It’s compact but well-designed and gives off a clean, modern vibe. The bed was super comfortable, the washroom spotless, and there was enough space to move around and keep your luggage.

It’s not massive, but definitely functional and thoughtfully laid out — exactly what you expect from a solid 3–4 star property.

You also get free shuttle services to Dubai Mall, the Metro, and the beach — though I didn’t use them personally, it’s definitely a nice perk.

Facilities and Amenities

The hotel has everything you’d expect — a gym, swimming pool, and even a mini grocery store on the ground floor, which turned out to be super convenient. The store had all the basics a tourist might need — snacks, drinks, toiletries, and more.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful — every interaction felt warm and professional.

The Only Downside — The Pool

If there’s one thing I didn’t love, it was the pool. It’s located on the 3rd or 4th floor (can’t recall exactly), but it was packed every single time I went there — even on weekdays. The area felt quite cramped, with limited seating and almost no shaded spots. So if you’re looking forward to a relaxing pool experience, this might disappoint you a little.

Final Thoughts

Overall, I’d highly recommend Rove Trade Centre Dubai to anyone who wants to stay close to Downtown without overspending. The location is great, the rooms are modern and clean, and the service is top-notch.

It’s perfect for travelers like me who don’t mind being 10 minutes away from Downtown if it means saving a good chunk of money.

And here’s the funny part — I stayed here thinking it was a 4-star hotel, only to find out later that it’s actually rated 3 stars. Honestly, it deserves to be a 4-star. That’s how good it was!
